Worst bank ever

ABSA Bank has to be the most useless bank around. I have been trying for 5 days to get my bank account confirmation letter. I go online. No verification codes are coming in. I cannot access the online portal for 3 days. I then get reference numbers for 2 days and no one comes back to me. I am now trying for the 5th day and I have to update my information online. Still no verification codes coming in so I get locked out of my online banking. The most shocking service from a bank.
