Worst bank ever!

I can’t link my daughters account or my VAF account to my phone. Indicates my credentials are incorrect. Cannot reset pin either, refers me to the branch. I don’t have time to sit in a branch!

Worst bank ever! Everything has gotta be done in the branch.
