Worst Bank by Far

ABSA bank is the worst bank by far they keep cancelling my debit order payment to my credit card and then send me an SMS that my card is in arrears and when i call the the call center they are confused as hell and the only answer i get is that sir you paid directly into your account via EFT so we cancelled your debit order, Absa please ask FNB how its done when a client makes a payment into they credit card it does not mean the monthly debit order should be cancelled it merely means that they are trying to settle the card in full.
