worst bank ABSA

Absa is the worst bank ever. first of all i Ive been going to the bank every single month for what to pull back debit orders that i didn't even give permission for so that means people has access to my money how nice, secondly i wanted a bank statement i decide to phone them what do i get for 3 times i phoned the same wrong statement and they feed me some bull that it must be updated we towards the end of a new month so how the hell can i not be able to get my statement for last month and i repeat last month statement. Ive even been to the bank numerous times to link my number so i can get cellphone banking because they told me the *120*2272# service is no more and till today i cant access the stupid app so for approximately 6 months i cant even buy airtime from my phone. i hate this bank honestly..!!!
