Worst bank

I have been a absa client for almost 20years but recently I've noticed they will charge you for anything. On 02/12/2019 I went into Absa Southdale branch because there was a charge because of a debit order that bounced. I decided to close the account because they have charges for everything. They told me I couldn't close the account owing to ABSA Rewards that needs to be reversed. They made me wait days before I could close the account then today they charged me again for a bounced debit order that shouldn't have happened if they closed the account when I had asked. They charge R150 everytime a debit order bounces which 99% of the time is caused by them because they have charges for everything. I was assisted by a very friendly consultant but as soon as I got to the branch manager she told me it was all my fault that the debit order bounced and for the charges. They absolutely refuse to help because of that. The absa rewards wasn't even paid back fully. Today just for closing my account I had to pay Absa R200 which is totally unfair
