Worst application service provided

I received a call yesterday to complete my credit card application, which was then pre approved and told to send through my documents, which I did 3 times, and then I still receive a call requesting for it, until I told them it was sent, they looked for it and it was found, how pathetic, then I'm told the the turn around time is 3 to 7 working days, which i found extremely frustrating as I was told it will be done immediately by the agent whom contacted me to complete the application, now I have to wait for the manager Beverly to listen to the call recording and then call me back to waste my time, where as she can get this application completed by escalating it further, however very poor service is provided
