Worst and Irresponsible

I went to the bank to renew my savings account and enquire about an unauthorised D/O from DVOTION TAMIC SOLUTIONS R105 which I have not signed for, don't even know what company this is, Firstly I waited for an hour before being assisted when I asked how can a D/O be loaded on my bank account without me authorizing anything or signing anything the person assisting me said she does not know all she can do is reversing one the others is more than 30 days can not be reversed. After such a long wait 1 transaction is reversed and she say she is not sure this d/o will not go through again after stopping it. I have never thought of ABSA being so irresponsible with my bank account I entrusted them with. My email address is **********
