Worst Absa vehicle finance service!!

Worst service ever!! For two months I'm struggling & complaining about wrong amounts that's being deducted (almost double the amount). After many phone calls & lots of struggle Absa did refund the correct amount. I did inform Absa vehicle finance that Jan 2025 debit order also shows the wrong amount. I did everything Absa told me & Absa did confirm that January's debit order will be changed to the correct amount. Now still on 8 January 2025 the wrong debit amount went off & because Absa can't do their work properly they informed me that I will have to pay for debit order interest amounts, because the debit order was reversed. Why must I pay for debit order interest amounts because Absa can't do their work properly & let the correct amount be deducted with the debit order!! Would NOT recommend Absa vehicle finance!!
