Worst!!

Worst service ever. My car got financed by ABSA and it happened that they debited twice in December and when I asked they couldn't answer me, January same thing happened. They took R4278 and R225 at once but they sent me an email stating that they will be debiting three thousand and something. And now that they repeated it, I emailed them again and they told me that I have an advance of eight thousand and something, I told them to send me back my money and they refused and gave me three options, either to reduce my monthly installment, reduce my term, or reduce the residual. So I chose that they should reduce the residual but again they refused and decided for me that they want yo reduce my installment without my permission.
