Worse, worse worse bank ever in the world, BY FAR!

I've always known that blapsa is the worse bank in SA, if not the world but the effort of moving everything is just so overwhelming but now I've had ENOUGH! I had an hour to conclude a cash business transaction. I stopped at my local ATM and just as the money started counting the ATM shuts down in my face but at least I get my card back. Now I cannot do another transaction because I'm over my daily limit. I leave and on my way to my meeting the transaction is reversed and I stop at another ATM where I insert my card but the ATM shuts down immediately and this time keeps my card. So now I am without cash and with the card. Trying to phone somebody is as usefull as an ejection seat in a helicopter. All I really got is that there will be an admin fee that I must pay to get the card replaced. Let me spell it out for you useless BLAPSA: a) YOUR ATM shutdown in my face, I did not lose the card b) I am not driving around to cater to your incompetence, I would rather spend that time and energy to eventually move my money. c) I have yet to find a non-state-owned organization as useless as blapsa.
