Worse service ever

very pathetic service with absa life... i felt that i was undermined. no communication no nothing.. i had to take my own initiative for my own claim. no body has decency to let you know what's going on. on the last minute boom the case has been declined after almost a month. still awaiting the declined letter from absa life.
