Worse service ever at keywest branch from receptionists

I have had bad experience at your Keywest branch and this is not the first time I experienced this. The other day I found a white old man working at reception I asked for help to make payment for my ehome affairs on three internet banking he just gave me leaf let and said follow the steps. The only thing I needed was get help with internet banking as previously I was help there by a young gentleman to make payment for passports. Today I went there again I found some lady by name of Marisa Groep who didn't also bother to help me. Am not happy with the service I received. I want to close my account and rather use other banks than receive suck treatment from both your stuff.
