Worse service ever

No notification of me having to Rica my bank card...

Brackenfell branch is worse than pathetic, no one helping. There was 3 staff members helping, but that went down to 2 when the one went to lunch.

Do you think we have time to sit around waiting for understaffed to help?? I left FNB and came over to absa again to receive this horrible service!!!
