Worse service
I submitted an insurance claim because I am on compulsory unpaid leave. I submitted my employer letter and payslips expecting that Absa would help me pay for the weeks I didn't get paid, additionally. However you debited money last Thursday and I don't have any other income coming in. What is the credit insurance for?
