Worse service

I’ve been with Absa for 30 years abs they service is has rely become terrible . I financed my vehicle with them 6 months ago never received a statement. I’ve phoned 3 times for a statement still didn’t get sent and I confirmed my banking email address . My debit order the first month didn’t go through as they had the wrong account account number . How is this possible if my account is held with them. I wanted to renovate the interest rate . No they don’t do this . Once you signed it’s too late . I’m moving the vehicle finance and I’m going to move my account . I can’t handle this service any longer
