ABSA LOAN DEPARTMENT IS WORSE their client service and team leader are useless, like call them for assistance with my loan because they debited me twice which was not suppose to, and simple thing they fail to assist with refund. i spoke to agent lungile makaya and he advise me that i need to lodge the complain, imagine. i spoke to team leader Vanceen Sithappa and she's very rude she didn't even wanna entertain me. absa loan make a mistake with their debit order instead of owning it and take responsibility and see how can we fix it no, useless .
