Worse home loan application experience

<p>I app**** for my first home loan with my bank ABSA and they gave me the worse interest rate and I ended up taking a home loan with FNB who provided world call professionalism. De Javu on my second bond I tried absa again and this was the worse experience dealing with Home advisor Ditebogo, who refused to give a fax for supporting documents and instead said I should go to a branch. She further ignored my plea to be given someone else to work with. This despite banking with ABSA my whole life</p> <p>If ABSA claim to be loyal to its customers, it would be a real gimmick and I wouldnt advice anyone on ABSA homeloan. Its no suprise Barcalays wants to discard their shares in this bank, they seem not to work towards the professionalism app**** by other banks.</p>
