Worse finance vehicle bank

We are sick and tired with the feedback from absa emailing from the 13/12/2024 .not good enough.can a manager or supervisor pls assist this urgent query.had 3 ppl email us.how can a licensing office be closed till 18th Jan 2025.our license disc expires 31/12/2024. I phoned 2 and they opened. will absa be liable for all the fines we get.when it's not even our fault.wake up .worse vehicle finance bank to deal with
