Worse experience being a loyal client at ABSA what a terrible service at an ABSA branch at Struik St, Ferndale, Randburg.

You walk in waiting for someone to help a gentlemen at ABSA say's sit down you will be helped waited for almost half an hour with no assistance no care no professionalism, Needed to open up other account and with don't care attitudes from employees is as if they don't value customers

Do the people that work at ABSA do they not know people take off from work just to get helped yet my time must be wasted due to no care for customer exprience

My husband needed assistance with his banking app after being helped he was told to go across at Nedbank to use the WI-FI in order to sort out his app

WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DOES ABSA WANTS TO SUPPLY TO CUSTOMERS

Customer exprience is no longer how it use to be at ABSA I do not recommed anyone to ABSA from this day forward rather look for a bank that where know's what is customer exprience is all about
