Worse Bank in SA

I have asked Absa time and again to close down my account but they are refusing. Firstly they don't state that they will charge me R150 for a decline debit, and than when I swipe it hoes of my account but according to them it did not go off. Like a iam tired, when you open an account they only tell you that which they want you to hear which is pure manipulative. I will not pay any cent to any of those declines they think I will pay. At this point I want nothing to do with this ****** and expensive bank. Close down that account . I am moving my money and my debit orders to my savings account FNB. I regerte the day I stepped into this bank, it has brought me nothing but stress. I will pay the credit card through my FNB. You jetter shut down that useless account because I will not be funding it with a cent.
