Worse Bank in SA

Absa Giyani...worse service went there to open a deceased estate account. I sat there for over 4 hours only to be told that its too late and that the proof of residence should state the full “Johannesburg” and not JHB. I mean how many JHBs are in South Africa!!!!!!!!!!
