worse bank ever

I had there worse experience with absa since being removed from debt review , i have tried to make arrangements and was told I am on debt review calls got cut on me waiting on the line for hours and now there was a journal debit that went off and i have nothing left i would like the journal to be refunded to me and i will make an arrangement from the month of Feb
