worse bank ever

I called on 26/05/2025 spoke to a lady at the legal department that requested for a refund for me i was on the line for more than 2 hours after being transferred from pillar to post, she advised that i will get 50% of my refund the latest the 29/05/2025 my call got cut and even got a call back. I keep calling and i gets transferred to all over absa and my calls get cut. Plese tell me why is this always the service i get from absa?
