WORSE BANK EVER

How difficult can it be for Absa to send me my statement for my home loan. What is wrong with this bank do they need more tiime to **** you out of your own many. Send me my statements! I have requested this in person at a bank, directly with Thank and Carl at your headquarters and via email. What is wrong with you people?! My home address is 86 Berlin Square strandfontein Village Cape town. CALL ME! i am tired of running after thing that should automatically be sent but all i receive is policies I DONT NEED.
