Worse bank absa

Absa is the worse bank to deal with especially the vehicle finance department. My husband vehicle was repossessed because we couldn't afford payment due to unemployment. Dey gave us a few days to get the money or else vehicle will be in the auction.we got the money paid them.got the vehicle back.to find out 4mnths later the number plates has been changed .we have personalized plates went to renew it cos disc is expiring this mnth.my husband has been talking to so many ppl who has been sending him from pillar to post. He has called everyday from tuesday speaking to differnt ppl who say they will escalate it wid no email been sent to him at all .can somebody senior from.that department call us or email us to tell us what the he'll is Goin on.if no reply will be taking it further.mrs singh
