Worse bank absa

Still awaiting feedback from the 13th Dec 2024. From.absa vehicle finance department. keep emailing to say feedback will be provided 21jan 2025.have been stopped twice by the cops already.for expired license disc.where is the urgency or efficiency for customers when the bank stuffs up.can a manager now help or sumone who works there that knows what their doing"C469.this is an urgent matter..we have 6 case numbers with every Tom,**** and Harry emailing us but no one seems to know what the he'll is happening.pls stop apologizing when ul email us .we need proper feedback .not applogies .it's going to be 1 mnth we driving everywhere with an expired disc cos of uls stuff up.
