Worse ABSA Service

I lost my wallet with everything in. I called everyone who I had cards with to stop the cards. I then lost more money and time replacing what I have lost. Absa is making my probelms worse by charging me because I lost my card!!! I called into the call centre to query this, and the agent dropped the call!!! How frustrating! Instead assising you are now compounding the problem
