Worried housewife

My husband is in icu and cannot sign anything or talk properly. Tried at 2 branches to find out who can assist me to get access to my husband's pension, to pay daily expenses such as groceries, water and lights ect. I do not have any income. We are married in community of property and i do not have signing rights. I blocked his card accidentally because i could not find it then. According to ABSA they cannot give me access to withdraw money, and neither can they help by going to hospital to see for themselves. As he is still in icu and cannot leave the hospital. He is had a massive heart attack and is also suffering from Alzheimers/Dementia. The accounts are rolling in, and i am in desperate need of money
