Dear ABSA

A few moments ago I received a call and a sms from Nortons Attorneys stating that I have to settle my account within a month or I can pay less and ABSA still proceed with legal action.

I can only afford what I can as I have Financial issues.

I did send you my statement income and expenditure and as you can see I cant afford much and when I said that ABSA said that I can pay what I can until I can afford for 3 months.

Now the consultant is saying that they will still proceed with legal action

I have 4 accounts with ABSA that I need assistance with, it sbeen a run around. I have been called from LRG attorneys, Norton Attorneys and Newtons Attorneys.

I didnt mention it before about the 4 accounts as I thought that it would be picked up with my ID.

I cannot afford to pay 10% of the outstanding amounts

Please help me
