World record for being the most inefficient bank!!
The debacle continues. I initially posted a review of ABSA deceased Estates and deleted it thinking the saga was over.
ABSA deceased estates are pathetic! I wrapped up an entire estate in 6 months, however ABSA were the only thorn in my side.
Four years later and about 40 emails and telephonoc conversations ABSA are still battling to completely close my deeased father's acoount whith a balance of R59.
The reflects closed showing a balance of R0.01 and the still issues a statement for this.
This must be a world record for inefficiency.
