I went to visit Absa @ Springs Mall with a foreign exchange issue and upon entering the bank was greeted by a very energetic lady by the name of Norma who provided me with a warm welcome , I could see she very eager to listen and offer me a solution to my issue, she was so knowledgeable in advising on what documentation is required to address my issue, This I must reiterate was so World Class and created such an unforgettable experience, she directed me to Francious who also went out of his way to assist me , this first time experience left me with such unforgettable customer service that is unmatched and I would like to thank them profusely for their efforts and resolution to my issue.
