*********** workers getting pay for not doing their JOB!

So my credit expired and Absa delivered my new card a year ago. From my online banking over the past year with numerous phone calls, mails and threats I have not ONCE been able to see any of my transactions on my new credit card, on my phone and pc when logging in it still shows my old credit card number. Do you idiots know that you cannot charge me without a statement?? Threats are now done, I WONT make any further payments on my card until I can see EXACTLY what its for!! I also want a COMPLETE 3 month statement of my card or you wont receive a cent from me. So ***********, they don't know their own laws. ****ing useless, you WILL not receive a cent end of month until this is resolved!
