Woolworths/Absa credit card in arrears despite active and honoured debit order mandate
Woolworths/Absa credit card in arrears and adversely affecting my credit profile when I have a debit order loaded to ensure monthly payment of this account. This debit order runs on a monthly basis and I don't understand why my account is in arrears and when it went into arrears when I have an active debit order that runs from the account into which my salary is paid

I see also that my homeloan account *** is also in arrears and provided as such on my credit profile for an error that was made by ABSA wherein they were debiting less by R3. How am I made to suffer because of the system error on the side of the bank when I have money in my account
