Won't let us cancel life insurance

Been trying to cancel my wife's life insurance with ABSA iDirect. They don't answer their phones. Such terrible customer experience. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. How long must one person wait to cancel their insurance with a seemingly reputable company. Someone needs to call my wife immediately.
