I would like to express my appreciation and compliment ABSA Home Loans Northern Region (Gauteng) staff member, Ms Maria Mokwena for her professionalism, and superb customer experience. From the onset when I logged an inquiry, she kept me well informed and was dedicated to finding a resolution to my problem. We tend to only write up on poor service, but today Ms Mokwena’s service was so refreshingly pleasing and highly impressed me.
