Wonderful service

<p>I app**** online for the Virgin Money card. Had a few problems and i emailed them at there email for talk to us. I got assited by Andrea. She always came back to me, never made me feel like I am bothering her. She kept me informed about everything that is happening. I never waited to long for a response from her. She offered great service, Better than the call center agents. Keep up the good work.</p>
