W.M. Prinsloo and M.A. Prinsloo

During the heavy storm in November 2019 the boundary wall of my property was blown over. After submitting my claim to Absa it was declined because of trees and incorrect building regulations. When I bought this house in 1991 Absa approved the loan and insurance in no time after an inspection. I bought the house as is with the same wall and trees and there was no mention of any problems them. My husband is an former Employee of Absa and now an Absa pensioner. They continue to discriminate against pensioners because of a case they lost years ago. This is unacceptable and unfair.
