Witholding of Ceded Sanlam policy

I am trying to get a ceded Sanlam policy released since November 2022. I get no feedback from ABSA and I am no further since November 2022. Ho dare they withhold what is not theirs. The below e-mail message is from a Consultant at ABSA:

"Please assist with the release of the attached cession against clients policy. SMSQ ENQ does not state for what the policy was ceded against. Please urgently provide a letter stating that Absa no longer has an interest in the aforementioned policy. THIS IS NOT CEEDED TO A BOND

This is an urgent matter as the client has been attempting to have the cession released against this policy since November 2022. Can we please resolve this matter urgently.
