withholding information with intetions to lie

i went to Capitec Bank today to ask if i can deposit R33 000.00 in to an account, they advised it will cost less than R1 per R100 but is half price if i go to an ATM and i said i will go to absa because the account i wanted to deposite money into is an absa account. when i got to Absa they said perfect let us help you, i deposited that money only to find out later on that that rom that money i wanted to deposit they took R1300.00 without my knowledge and the person who i sent this mopney called me to say i didnot honour our agreement. now i look like a fool and i have to to pay an additional R1300 on the money that i do not have because they did not tell me.

if i know that it was going to cost this much i would saved R1 000.00, by depositing with the ATM because is cheaper. Absa are lairs and cheat they cheated me of my money
