withdrawal questions

I get to ABSA bank at maponya mall, I was helped by seipati on verification questions, she ask me about my address and I'm like which one should I give you because u don't wanna change my address then she ask me for a PO box number I'm like, u did not want to take it and that's when she started to give me attitude. After my verification process took something like 20mnts. I went to do a deposit on a ATM and there woman that was helping there she gave this woman a bad attitude and that lady she does not know how to use it.
