withdrawal of money from the bank which ordinarily cannot be acess except on notice of three days prior

I was ****** money R55000.00 by ***** in ABSA bank . He meet the ***** in Germiston while doing his shopping. They drove with him in their car. They told him that he need to withdraw some his money from ABSA .They went with him to ABSA to withdraw money but to his surprise the ***** is the one who was doing the talking and they even told the teller how much money they need from his account. The money was beyond daily limit but they did give them money then they left him at the robot and drove away. He only manage to open a ******** case 563/09/2017. The bank investigator to me that those guys they have been looking for them but because I withdraw the money they will be held liable .What I do not understand is that ordinarily when I want my money I need to make a notice before hand of three days before money can be released .On this occasion money was just released without questions. secondly what I further do not understand is two bank branches in Germiston Absa that we went to refused to give us money but the Park town branch in Braamfontein gave money. When I asked I was told that they used their discretion I need assistance in getting my money back from the bank since it clearly states that the ***** has connection with the teller and I am a pensioner who was fearful for my life and helpless. The bank further acknowledge that they know those guy and have done that to three other clients
