Withdrawal of ABSA Preservation Fund & Retirement Annuity benefites

The service and support, including the unduly delays, which I received from ABSA/AIMS regarding the withdrawal of my ABSA preservation fund/retirement annuity benefits (and transer thereoff to Glacier) were unacceptable and dissapointing to say the least.
