Withdrawal

Am very disappointed at Absa 2 weeks back I withdraw money on the ATM then was loadshedding money didn't not come out ,Waited about 30min to an hour the was no money then called Absa to inform them about the incident I was told that I have withdraw the money,VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEM?
