WITH HOLDING NATIS DOCUMENTS
I bought a vehicle in 2005 and paid it off in 2010 I am still struggling to get my NATIS documents. I missed opportunities to sell the car because of the NATIs documents and its now s****. I am now battling to s****, and I keep paying license fees. I now wish the bank could just become the title holder and save my self licensing costs
