With absa idirect all risk does not mean all risk

My wife dropped my daughter off at school, the same as every other day, but when she returned she noticed that her cellphone was missing and some other items out of place inside my car but no physical damage present. We then reported the matter to the police and contacted absa idirect the same day. We sent them all the info and waited... Muhammed Abid then contacted us to say that our \ALL RISK"claim was rejected...All risk....rejected?? Apparently because the car was unattended"
