Wills Trust Business Account Gone Haywire

It took weeks to finalise the FICA documentation. At long last I can log onto this account via the internet. But now I cannot create beneficiaries. Worse than that, the beneficiaries on an account that I hold with a totally different bank, (NOT ABSA) appear for this account when I open that window on the Absa account. The Absa account I am refering to is a Wiils Trust (Business) account. My own personal account is with Capitec. How on earth can information from my personal account pop up on an Absa Wills Trust account. This is frightning. I just want to close the Absa account asap.
