Will with ABSA. BIG MISTAKE

My mother passed away almost 4 years ago. Unfortunately her will was with ABSA. A huge mistake. Her death has still not been registered with the Master of the Court. There is money just sitting in her ABSA accounts and also medical aid savings that needs to be paid out. When my mother passed I sent all necessary document requested by ABSA. Got a reference and that was that. Every time I try follow up it is almost impossible to speak to anyone or I get this standard reply. Please note that due to process changes, Deceased Estates now operates on a queuing system and your request will enter our delivery system soon. Once it enters our delivery system, a case number will be issued and communicated to you. We recognize that this is a difficult time for many of our customers and appreciate your patience.

I hired lawyers to try take over the processing of her will but they too cannot seem to get any success.

I cannot understand why it takes that long to wind up a simple estate.
