Will still not signed

I have spoken to Diale Khunologo about the signing of my will for the past 2 months, and this still has not been sorted out. Whenever he says that he is going to call me back, he never does. I have being cc'ing Barbara Smalberger (not sure if its his supervisor), but there is no sense of urgency when it comes to finalization of this documentation. The last time i spoke to Diale, was on Thursday 29 September 2015, and he said that he was going to call me back on Monday 02 October to make arrangements to get my Will signed. He still has not called to date! This would be the THIRD time im getting in contact with him, and he still has not got back to me. A Will is an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT document and the fact that this matter is not taken seriously or dealt with URGENCY shows very POOR service from ABSA staff!! I would like this matter sorted out soonest!!
