ABSA decides to deduct fees for services you do not even use.

ABSA has decided to charge me a Will safe custody fee. I DO NOT HAVE A WILL WITH ABSA !!!!!! I would just ask them to please let me have a copy of this will that they are charging me to keep in custody. To my knowledge I have never given them a will to keep in custody. I would also like to know how long I have been paying this fee?
