Will not pay for there mess

<p>I am now sick and tired of ABSA’s mess they have made of my credit card, for more than 5 years I have had this card no problems.</p> <p>Until now!!!!</p> <p>A bout 2 months ago they started phoning me telling me that I did not pay my monthly due amount, I of course know they are sucking it out of there thumbs because I always pay my account on the 25th or 27st of every month.</p> <p>When I asked them what month did I miss they tell me o no they made a mistake and that I have paid after the statement date. So I paid my account but not fast for them these last two months. So they decided to ask me interest on the not paying on their decided date they have set them self without informing me about this new date of them.</p> <p>So phoning them setting the date for the 3 of every month also don’t help, I paid on the 25th and guest what they phone me telling me I did not paid them. and I must send them the proof of payment. Really Really!!!! You are a bank and can not pick up a payment?????</p> <p>And today guess what they start phoning me again.</p> <p>I WILL NOT PAY FOR THERE MESS.</p> <p>FIX YOUR MESS!!!!</p>
